SSL (Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate) is a kind of additive combined with Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate and Mono-glycerides, a widely-used emulsifier mainly used in bread, steam bun, noodle, dumpling & other foods, whose quality accords with national standard for food additives and FCC of American standard, with functions of emulsifying agent, enhancing dough stability & bread shape, increasing shelf-life of products.
