NWB Glucose Oxidase is a kind of bio-enzymes in food grade researched & developed & produced under modifying micro-biology deep fermentation, and the zymo-protein without modifying factor is produced by isolating and purifying from micro-biology. The product is according with the standards of enzymes in food grade under FAO, WHO, JECFA & FCC, applying to flour, bread and other bakery products.

PRODUCTION STRAINS: Aspergillus Oryzae.

ENZYME ACTIVITY: 10,000 GODU/g.

COLOR/FORM: Yellowish, fine powder (product color may vary from batch to batch).

THINNER: Wheat Starch.

STABILIZER: Sodium Chloride.

EFFECT/USAGE:

1.       To keep the flour with safe & natural character, for its bio-enzymes to use less chemical additives.

2.       To enhance the stability of dough & the performance of bread & bakery products.

3.       To decrease the ash & sandiness of flour, and better the inner structure of bread & bakery products.

DOSAGE: 50---200 p.p.m., or adjust the dosage according to the effect.

STORAGE / SHELF LIFE:                

12 months under original seal package, under cool, dry, ventilated condition, recommended 0---10 degree Centigrade.
