NWB Whitening Enzyme is a kind of new high-content benzoyl peroxide in food grade researched & developed by NWB it-self, by special using latest high-tech bio-enzymes & technology. The product is according with the standards of WHO & China Food Additive Standardization Committee.

MAIN INGREDIENTS:

Bio-enzymes, Benzoyl Peroxide.

COLOR/FORM:

White, fine powder.

EFFECT/USAGE:

1.       To keep the flour with safe & natural character, for its bio-enzymes to use less chemical additives.

2.       To not only keep the whitening effect, but also strengthen the color, whiteness, volume of flour products, enhance the performance of baking or steaming flour products.

3.       To decrease the ash & sandiness of flour, based on normal dosage.

4.       To better the whiteness of dry flour & flour products, than using flour bleach or colorants.

DOSAGE:

· under 27% BPO content, recommended add less than 250 g / 1,000 kg flour, or adjust the dosage according to test result.

APPLICATION METHOD:

· to add at the appropriate place into twisted cage by using of micro-feeder, or to add in bulk evenly mixed powder at distribution system.

STORAGE / SHELF LIFE:

12 months under original seal package, under cool, dry, ventilated condition, recommended 025.
