Detailed Product Description
The products of frozen food improver are new outputs researched & developed by NWB it-self. The products are produced by some imported equipments & domestic machines optimized and reconstructed, specially made by food ingredients which accord with the standards of WHO & China Food Additive Standardization Committee.
MAIN INGREDIENTS:
Imported Fungal a-amylase, Dough Enhancer, DATEM, SSL, Phosphate.
COLOR/FORM:
White, fine powder.
EFFECT/USAGE:
1. The cooperating & improving effect of all ingredients restrains moisture losing from dough or finished products before ice-out, increases moisture-absorbing rate of dough, enhances the intensity of dough, improves freeze tolerance of dough, puts off the decreasing elasticity of dough due to freeze.
2. To boost up the activity of yeast, improve the livability of micro-enzyme, the yeast rapidly rejuvenates after the finished products ice-out, and the dough re-act in short time; the finished products can be frozen for long time with good quality, fine moisture-holding ability, and color & luster in high-point.
3. To greatly boost the adjustability of bread flour & steam bun flour especially when making cold dough or cold food flour, improve the volume of dough and the structure of finished products, produce a kind of high-level re-acting effect of dough, enhance the quality of finished products, and extend the shelf life of products.
DOSAGE:
· Frozen food Improver :400--2000g/1000kg flour, mainly for miller;
· Frozen food Improver :1000--5000g/1000kg flour, mainly for bake house & food factory,etc.
APPLICATION METHOD:
· Miller can mix the products of this series into starch or compound flour, for making bread flour & steam bun flour;
· Food factory or food shop adds the products of this series into a mechanical mixer, it should be mixed uniformly;
·To make products of frozen dough with stronger quality, the dosage of water should decrease 1%, as a guide, the recommended usage of special yeast for frozen dough.
STORAGE: under cool, dry, ventilated condition with original seal, prevent from water or sunshine, transportation & storage with poisonous or deleterious substance is strictly prohibited.
SHELF LIFE: 12 months, the over due-time products if re-tested fine can be re-used.
